Shipment Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders promptly and efficiently.
- Same-day shipping is available for all orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays (excluding Z-Cards and weekends).
- Orders placed after the 3 PM cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note, while we strive to meet our shipping times, delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Zappy's Auto Washes is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
To file a claim for damaged goods, ensure you save all packaging materials and the damaged product.
