Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy for merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, this does not apply to services such as auto detailing or memberships like our Unlimited Wash Club.

Merchandise Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items) and hazardous materials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or Z-Cards (gift cards).

Auto Detailing Services:

At Zappy's Auto Washes, we strive to provide exceptional auto detailing services. We do not offer monetary refunds for any detailing services rendered. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the service, we encourage you to inspect your vehicle upon completion and notify a team member of any concerns before leaving the premises. If issues are discovered after leaving, please contact us within seven (7) days of the service for a potential re-do.

Unlimited Wash Club Membership:

Our Unlimited Wash Club (UWC) allows for recurring car wash services at specified locations. Please note that no refunds are provided for partial membership periods, service interruptions, or failure to cancel at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle. Refunds for unused or partially used memberships are not permitted.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
