When most of us wash our cars, we focus on the outside: the tires, the doors, etc. But how many of us put our attention on the underside or undercarriage? It is just as important to give it a good wash as well, but often times it's ignored.
According to CarWashGuide.com, "The general rule of thumb is to wash the undercarriage 4 times a year. This means once a season. Your car comes in contact with dirt all of the time, so the dirt buildup will be too much in time. So, washing it 4 times a year is a great protective measure." Given that washing under your car can be a tedious and sometimes unpleasant task, let’s be honest: most people will just say “oh well” and continue driving around in an uncleaned vehicle. But you shouldn’t do this, since it only leads to bigger problems.
