  • I get my car washed at Zappy’s in Mentor frequently. The other day, there was a problem with the chain, as I was just going under the entrance to the car wash. So I was stuck there! I just wanted to comment on the professionalism of Ben, Charlie and Riley. They were very kind kept me informed and helped me back out. They did a great job Hand washing my car. Good job guys!!!
